CRISPY BAHULU

They are sweet and eggy  Crispy Bahulu closely well with coffee. A few Crispy Bahulu and a cup of coffee is the best way to have the break time at afternoon.




The sweet aroma filled in the air at home, while my mom busy baking Crispy Bahulu.


                                     I love the aroma, that come from Crispy Bahulu.

                                                             The Crispy Bahulu  mould

Ingredients :

  • 250 g eggs
  • 250 g castor sugar
  • 180 g flour ( sifted )
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon emulsifier
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil / butter ( optional )


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree fahrenheit.
  2. Beat eggs with high speed mixer until frothy and then add sugar. Continue to beat until the sugar is well dissolved and the mixture become sticky. Add in the vanilla essence, emulsifier and fold in the flour gradually and then continue to beat the batter with high speed mixer until well blended. 
  3. Grease the Crispy Bahulu  mould and fill up to the surface level. The mould must be hot and grease so cake will not stick to the mould when removing them. 
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degree fahrenheit for about 15 minuted or until golden brown. Remove Crispy Bahulu from the moulds and cool on wire racks.
